I received my parcel after 3 months, I had to pay extra $ 100 for customs, they don't answer you for more than 2-3 weeks because they know they are wrong

I have ordered multiple times from Adinas jewels and have always had great delivery time and the products are nice! Very wearable every day occasions and special occasions. The jewellery is very on trend and looks great on. I would recommend if you are looking for something high fashion and trendy for a gift or treating yourself .

Got Adina's personalized necklace for my birthday and after only 4monts it loss colour completely!Gold vermeil which you paying price for should last lifetime not 4months after paying almost 180$ for necklace.
Of course warranty applies 60days!Ridiculous! Rip off, as bad as it gets!

Actually, the worts jewelry brand created. Customer service is terrible they gave me the wrong tracking number and it has been over a month and yet to receive anything. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Seriously the worst brand I have bought from...

Great!! I usually buy adinas from nordstrom because to my surprise they carry their jewelry in stores like nordstrom :)) The jewelry isnt cheap but isnt expensive either. The quality and designs are absolutely stunning. Looking at the negative reviews, to avoid such a bad experience, consider going in stores.

I also would love to give 0 stars. Ordered a necklace for my daughter who is residing in the UK. Ordered it in mid October.. still not received. They said I need to claim from UPS, UPS said it is the supplier's issue. Please do not order from this company... I wish I read the reviews before ordering... My sense is the good reviews that you see here are all bogus. Avoid at all costs...UPDATE: The necklace finally arrived.. we had to pay an extra 30 pounds for custom. It looks nice but average quality. Probably could find better quality for the price.

Do not buy from this company. I never received my order USD 100 and no customer support. I was told it was not their problem. There are many other reputable, professional online jewellery store's with excellent service. This mob are shamers... AVOID!!!

DO NOT BUY IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! my 14k plated earing tarnished after 70 days. You're better off buying from brands like Mejuri who are similar in the price range and actually have product integrity. I emailed them about my earings and the redirected me to pay to send my earrings back to get relating... they went in the garbage and I ended up buying from Mejuri a similar style. Honestly, just save your money!!!!!
